Raluca-Roxana Butnaru graduated from the Military College in 2005 and holds bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration (2008) and Law (2020). Additionally, she obtained a master’s degree in International Relations and completed the National Defense College in 2020.

Throughout her career, she has held various positions in both the private sector and government. She currently serves as a counselor to the President of the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE).

Known for her hardworking and ambitious nature, Raluca-Roxana has a remarkable ability to empower those around her. Her analytical skills are highly regarded, allowing her to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
