Răzvan Foncea is a Master’s student at Sciences Po Paris, in the fields of European Affairs, Social Policy and Social Innovation, and a Parliamentary Adviser in the Romanian Parliament. After having pursued two BA degrees in Security Studies and Leadership of the Public Sector at Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Răzvan consolidated a research agenda dedicated to issues of public diplomacy, soft power, Moldovan politics and European integration. He previously served as UN Youth Delegate of Romania and Romanian Delegate for the Youth4Climate platform. Professionally, he contributed to innovative legislative interventions in the spheres of education and youth policy and he is an alumnus of fellowship programmes such as Clinton Global Initiative University and the Study of the US Institutes for European Student Leaders (a programme of the US Department of State). His portfolio is enhanced by distinctions such as the NATO Youth Summit Policy Challenge award of 2022 and by constant publications in Romanian op-ed platforms.
