Dr. Roberto Musneci is Managing Partner in Serban & Musneci, a consulting company. He has 17 years experience in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sector in Eastern Europe where he set up operations, negotiated with authorities and partners for a major multinational group. Dr Musneci led acquisitions, spin offs and divestment deals all over Eastern Europe and in Romania in particular. He also created a foundation (Partners for Life) for CSR which received several awards. In 2007 Dr. Musneci founded C.M.C. Consulting & Intermediation which is a practice working in institutional communications and business development Dr. Musneci has been in the board of FIC (Foreign Investors Council) in 2003, He is in the board of AmCham since 2003 and served as president for three consecutives mandates. Dr Musneci is also member of the Probi Viri of Unimpresa Romania and he is one of the founding members and former Vice President of the Aspen Institute Romania. Dr. Musneci has also been Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Industry Association between 2004 and 2006 and member of the council of the Industrialists association CNPR. He led the Industry team that negotiated the agreement between the Pharma Industry and the Romanian Government in 2005 and participated with CNPR to the negotiations with trade unions for the reform of the Labour code. Dr Musneci joined in April 07 the board of a media group. Dr Musneci holds a degree in Economics cum laude at LUISS University in Rome and further completed his studies in Germany, the Ashridge College and LSE in UK and Duke University in North Carolina.
