Romario Shehu is a researcher and program officer at the Institute for Democracy and Mediation in Albania. Romario’s work centers on security related issues, namely – violent extremism, organized crime and foreign policy.
He holds an MSc in International Relations and a BA in Political Science and International Relations. He is fluent in Albanian, English, and Turkish.
Romario is an Exchange Alumni of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) in the United States; a member of Radicalization Awareness Network (RAN) Practitioners database; and member of the International Advisory Board at the United Against Hate in Madison, Wisconsin.
