Roxana Șeitan is Director of Performance Audit Deparment that joined the Romanian Court of Accounts in 2003. Presently she is an active member of the Ethics Committee and a member of the SPID steering group responsible for audit staff training in the pre-launching phase of the SPID application and assistance for the roll-out phase.

After her four years experience at the European Court of Auditors, she was also member of the working groups responsible with 

She also acquired public training diploma and she is presently a trainer for audit staff in Communication and Ethics.

Since 2017 she is representing the Romanian Court of Accounts in the EUROSAI Task Force for Municipality Audits, where she joined the team that will soon start a cooperative performance audit in several member countries.

She earned her Bachelor in Economic Science at the University of Economic Studies from Bucharest, Romania. She attended the International Auditor Fellowship Program in 2004 at the General Accountability Office, Washington D.C., United States of America.

She is a fellow of the third edition of the Aspen Public Service Leadership Program, Spring Cohort 2021.
