Roxana Purcaru is an entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the design field – product, graphic and fashion. She studied law, management and fashion design and believes in personalized constant learning and improvement.

A born team player and human developer, Roxana is a founder of 3 Romanian companies. Keen on building and developing sustainable brands, she started in 2010 in the fashion industry and during the COVID-19 pandemic she expanded her career into the toy industry and the creation of digital products.

Her life goal as a designer is sustainable product development, prevention of waste and minimization of environmental impact. The physical products are designed with a longer life expectancy and are premium quality, using materials made without the use of pesticides and other toxic chemicals.

Sustainable design means also taking into consideration the ethical part of the process involving the workforce.

She builds teams based on leveraging individual powers for maximum team benefits.
