In 2006, Mrs. Moldovan Sabina graduated from the ”Simion Bărnuțiu” Faculty of Law Sibiu – specialization in International Relations and European Studies and in 2008 she obtained a master’s degree in Business Communication and Public Relations, Faculty of  Economics, ”Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu. 

Since 2007, she has been part of the team of the Regional Training Center for Local Public Administration Sibiu and starting with 2017 she joined the National Institute of  Administration-Territorial Training Center Sibiu, carrying out activities such as: organizing and coordinating the office, coordinating training programs, specific activities as a member in project teams and in the organizing committee of  conferences/seminars organized by the institution. 

Dynamic and creative, she attended professional training programs in various fields: european funds management, strategic management, use of e-learning programs and platforms, human resources, trainer, continuously improving her professional skills and  competencies.
