His main hobbies&interest are piano playing, skiing, tennis, movies, religions and economical/political philosophy. Sebastian draws inspiration from a variety of dead or alive people like Plato, Dostojewski, Marcus Aurelius, Bulgakov, Quentin Tarantino, Jim Carrey and several Christian saints. Sebastian believes in dialogue above all, challenging the status quo, organic and sustainable development and a humanist approach in policy building and generally in problem solving. Further he considers that society is still far from creating harmony and a sense of union between people. For this purpose, he believes it is essential to develop the “institution” of trust through tools such as hope, sincerity, patience and kindness.
