Șerban is one of Romania’s most experienced debate trainers and coaches. For the last 15 years he has been working as a debate, public speaking, critical thinking and argumentation trainer for students, teacher, professionals and entrepreneurs. 

Șerban has been the coach of Romania’s National Team for the World Schools Debating Championship between 2014 and 2023, brining Romania to the top of English as a Foreign Language Nations, best European team and top 8 teams in the World. He is also an Oxford IV Debating Champion, a Cambridge IV Debating Finalist and a World Universities Debating Finalist.

He is the founder Debate4Adults, the first debate program dedicated to professionals, entrepreneurs and activists.

In 2023, Șerban took on the role of Educational Director for Romania Debates, a project that teaches debating using peer-learning and impacting over 100 students just in 2023
