Sheila Giafer is a senior executive leader with over 15 years of experience delivering strategic growth and organizational transformation. As a senior decision-maker, she has guided organizations through market volatility by deploying agile strategies and strengthening institutional resilience during periods of uncertainty.

Her leadership is defined by high-stakes negotiation, structured stakeholder alignment, and the ability to build durable partnerships across corporate and public sectors. As Commercial Director of a Central European investment firm (2012–2020), she oversaw a diversified real estate portfolio across the CEE region, driving sustained asset growth and operational performance.

Since 2020, she has served as CEO of an innovative office hospitality venture, scaling operations and consolidating long-term institutional collaborations.

Her academic trajectory complements her executive profile. A graduate of Political Science, she completed the Top Management Home Affairs executive program in 2025 at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza Police Academy (National College of Home Affairs).

She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Law and European Governance at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), deepening her expertise at the intersection of law, public affairs, and corporate strategy.
