Sonia Fedorovici is a General Partner and the Head of Legal at Roca X, the largest privately funded Venture Capital Fund in Romania. Under her guidance the fund’s management team became the first Romanian management team to be registered under the European Venture Capital Regulation.
Sonia holds a master’s degree in law & Technology from the University of Oslo and has a strong track record in areas such as M&A, Corporate Law, IP & GDPR. She is currently involved in multiple projects dedicated to strengthening the local legal framework to better accommodate the needs of entrepreneurs and investors.
