Tudor is a Functional QA Engineer for Finastra, one of the largest fintech companies in the world, where he works on Risk management functionalities. Previously he worked for several years in the banking industry, working as a management trainee and a treasury administration officer for Raiffeisen Bank Romania. He holds a bachelor and an LLM in law and is currently enrolled in a bachelor program in finance at the Bucharest School of Economics. He is dedicated to complex matters related to finance and projects that require a multidisciplinary approach for implementing new technologies. 

Prior to working in finance he was an intern for the Bucharest Bureau of the German Marshall Fund and Promoter for European democracy for the Bucharest Bureau of the European Parliament, a project dedicated to promoting EU values and democracy to youth groups. During this time he was involved in coordinating and implementing multiple youth activities, involving national and international institutions. After becoming in 2017 at the age of 22 the youngest person in Romania and Moldova to obtain a Triple Crown Award from the public speaking club Toastmasters International, his implication in youth democracy and oratorical capabilities were recognised by being invited to deliver a speech as a youth delegate during the 2019 ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly in Bucharest. 

Beside his work in finance, in the recent years, Tudor was involved in educational activities by mentoring high schoolers and in humanitarian activities which involve helping orphans and children with disabilities, or blood donation campaigns. During this time he was awarded a scholarship for the Leaders Experience program in 2022, program organised by the Leaders Foundation in Romania.
