
Tudor Turcu

Tudor Turcu is currently a Counsellor in the team of the Romanian Minister of Energy. Previously, he was part of the team at the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalization, where he contributed to advancing Romania’s digital transformation initiatives.
Before that, Tudor served as Head of Communications at the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania, where he played a key role in promoting Romania’s online payments platform for public services, Ghișeul.ro, as a safe, secure, and efficient method of payment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Under his tenure, Ghișeul.ro became the first digital platform in Romanian public administration to reach one million users.
Over the past 10 years, Tudor has held various positions across different branches of the public sector. He served as a Parliamentary Expert in the Senate of Romania, Communications Director for the Sector 6 Mayor’s Office in Bucharest, European Affairs Consultant, and Communications Advisor to the Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Tudor holds a BA in Political Philosophy and an MA in Applied Ethics.
