Uraz is an entrepreneur with 10 years of experience in administrative decisions and strategies, business development, technology transfer, program design, incubator & accelerator management. His professional career began with a technology startup he incorporated during his undergraduate studies. Then, with a business model that can be described as a first in the entertainment industry, he served international corporate companies and individual customers for 2 years and exited by selling his startup to the biggest player in the market.

He has undertaken the roles of consultant, mentor, trainer, and manager in many accelerators and commercialization processes of deep technologies. He took part in the design, execution, and management of many projects within the scopes of national agencies of Turkey such as The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization, and Istanbul Development Agency as a technology transfer specialist, international business development professional, and incubation center manager.
