William Tompson is Head of the Eurasia Division in the OECD Directorate for Global Relations and Co-operation, having previously worked in the Organisation’s Economics Department its Public Governance and Territorial Development Directorate. Dr Tompson holds BA and MA degrees from Emory University in the United States and a doctorate from the University of Oxford, and he has taught at the University of Oxford, the University of Texas at San Antonio, the University of London and the Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po).
