The 13th edition of the Aspen Junior Seminar, the program dedicated to young professionals and students aged between 20 and 24 years old, took place on November 2-5, 2023, in Bucharest.

Aspen Junior Seminar is a fellowship-based leadership program that aims to offer the participants a non-partisan space of dialogue and interaction, where they have the opportunity to debate and question their values and in the end reach a better understanding of values-based leadership and of their moral compass.

The Seminar was moderated by Roxana Voicu-Dorobanțu, Aspen Fellow 2008, and co-moderated by Mihai Cucu-Dumitrescu, Aspen Junior Seminar Alumnus 2019.
