At the beginning of July, the Spring Cohort of the 3rd edition of the Aspen Public Service Leadership Program attended their third and last online module, organized in partnership with ENA France and became part of the extended Aspen Fellows & Alumni Community.

During the 3 modules of the Program, organized between April and July 2021, the participants undertook a challenging and transformative process, in which they explored the essential elements of values-based leadership, negotiation, crisis management and public-speaking, but also very relevant aspects regarding the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the new Multiannual Financial Framework, digitization and sustainability as part of the EU agenda in the context of crisis recovery.

The last day of the program hosted an Aspen conversation together with guest speakers from the public and business sectors, moderated by Radu PUCHIU, Aspen Alumnus, Aspen Technology & Society Program Director. Ana-Maria CĂTĂUȚĂ, Member of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania, Aspen Fellow; Alessio MENEGAZZO, Head of Sustainability and Institutional Affairs, Enel Romania, Aspen Public Service Leadership Program Partner, Aspen Member; Pavel POPESCU, Member of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania, Fellow of the Aspen Public Service Leadership Program and Ionuț STANIMIR, Executive Director, Marketing & Communication Direction, BCR, Aspen Public Service Leadership Program Partner, Aspen Fellow & Member engaged together with the program participants in a conversation about the need for collaboration between all the sectors of the society in order to facilitate the recovery and resilience process.

The Autumn Cohort of the 2021 anniversary edition of the Public Service Leadership Program will begin its journey at the end of September.
