Andrei Roth is Commercial Pricing Director at UiPath. In his role, he contributes to UiPath’s global pricing strategy to ensure it is aligned to customer, industry and overall company goals. Andrei also manages the UiPath Automation Awards – a program focused on software automation startups and scale-ups across Central Eastern Europe. Andrei joined UiPath in 2018 and, prior to becoming part of the strategy team, he established and led the company’s Cluj office.

Previously, Andrei was with Microsoft in Silicon Valley and, starting with 2008, has held several executive positions in telecom companies and founded a consulting firm providing financial consulting services. He later entered the IT industry leading the European operations of Recognos, a US-based technology firm developing innovative data extraction technologies, a technology that was later acquired by UiPath.

Andrei is passionate about technology and entrepreneurship and holds a degree in Business from the University of California, Berkeley. He is involved in several projects focused on supporting education for children in disadvantaged communities across Romania. In 2012 Andrei became an Aspen Institute Young Leader Fellow.
