Aspen Public Service Leadership Program in the Republic of Moldova
We were glad to successfully launch the first edition of the Aspen Public Service Leadership Program in the Republic of Moldova, organized between November 13 – 15.
The first module of the program, the Aspen Seminar ”Leadership & Resilience”, was organized close to Chișinău, and challenged the approximately 25 participants to an insightful dialogue on topics such as liberty, equality, ethics and responsibility, individual and collective values, moderated by Mădălina Mocan and Andrei Pogonaru, Aspen Fellows 2009.
The fellowship-based Program is developed by the Aspen Institute Romania, with the support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and gathers the most promising leaders of the Moldovan public sector, together with a small number of Romanian participants, with the purpose to promote the dialogue and cooperation between the public sector representatives of the two countries, but also to support the expertise consolidation in the field of resilience and EU-integration process of the Republic of Moldova. The second module of the program will take place in March 2025.
