
Elene Kintsurashvili
Senior Program Coordinator, GMF Warsaw
Elene Kintsurashvili is a Senior Program Coordinator with the Transatlantic Security Program at the Warsaw office of the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Her work focuses on NATO and EU engagement in the Eastern Partnership region, the South Caucasus, and Georgian domestic and foreign affairs.
Before joining GMF, Kintsurashvili served as assistant to the Deputy Secretary-General at the Parliament of Georgia. She holds a master’s degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe and an honorary bachelor’s degree in international relations from Vistula University. She speaks Georgian, English, Russian and Polish, and has basic knowledge of French.
