George’s professional interests and ambitions revolve around healthcare. As a management consultant and a senior manager in the pharmaceuticals industry, he has designed and implemented the first nationwide Direct-to-Pharmacy and Direct-to-Hospital distribution channels for oncology products, considerably improving the access of Romanian patients to the cancer therapies they are prescribed.

In 2019 he left pharma to pursue a career in entrepreneurship, founding Nativia, a healthcare business which quickly became a top-of-mind brand in ObGyn. In 2023, Regina Maria acquired the majority stake in Nativia. George is also a shareholder in Cronos Med, the largest local aesthetic medicine player, in which he invested in 2021 together with Morphosis Capital. Alongside his involvement in further scaling Nativia, George is working on a new healthcare business, set to launch in the fall of 2023.

Outside work, George is an avid tennis player and enjoys surrounding himself with people that have a sense of humor and don’t take themselves too seriously.
