Onorina Soric is an accomplished program and project manager with over a decade of experience leading high-impact initiatives focused on democratic governance, economic development, and stakeholder engagement. She has a proven track record of designing and executing transformative programs that advance policy reforms, foster public-private dialogue, and strengthen institutions in Moldova.

Onorina has led initiatives at organizations such as the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), the Council of Europe, the UN Development Program in Moldova, and the Moldovan government. She has played a key role in driving reforms that strengthen democratic resilience, stimulate economic development, and promote governance improvements.

Holding a Bachelor’s in International Economic Relations and a Master’s in Business Administration, Onorina also holds internationally recognized certifications in project and organizational management. As an alumna of the Socrates Leadership Seminar by the Aspen Institute Romania, she is dedicated to fostering sustainable development through collaborative leadership and policy innovation. Her strategic focus is on advancing governance reforms and building democratic resilience to create meaningful, lasting change.
