Enterprise leader with strong track record in Pharma Industry, currently Area Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe. MD by education, lived and worked abroad in international teams and had led cross-borders teams and projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Radu has led directly both large country organizations in Romania and Poland and in the area. He served as president of the board for the Warsaw Healthcare Site an organization in charge of clinical trials, HR and Finance company hubs, the largest in CEE area.

Within the industry, Radu has participated  and served as president for Association for Pharma Manufacturers (ARPIM), the Local American Working Group (LAWG) and the AMCHAM HC. He was also intensively involved in advisory and partnerships projects aiming to improve healthcare and equal access in Central and Eastern Europe. He is currently a member of the Global Inclusion & Diversity Council of AstraZeneca.
