Georgian political researcher and public opinion maker. His background covers public service, diplomatic and academic experience. He started his career in 1992. As a public servant he held different positions, including the positions of Head of the Diplomatic Protocol of the Head of State, Vice-governor, Deputy head of territorial department in MFA. As a diplomat he served in Georgian Embassy to the Azerbaijan Republic.

2014-2018 Tengiz Pkhaladze was an Advisor-Foreign relations secretary to the President of Georgia.

2008-2014 Tengiz Pkhaladze was chairmen of the International Centre for Geopolitical Studies – Georgian independent think-tank organization. As an expert and political analyst, he has actively engaged in various domestic end international professional networks.

As an academic Mr. Pkhaladze is an accosted professor of Georgian Institute of Public Affairs, guest professor of University of Georgia and Sokhumi State University. He is editor and co-author a number of books and articles about foreign policy, security, peace building and international cooperation issues.
